Collection: New Year Reset

Reset mind and body with some of my favourites for all over body care.

Start the year with a fresh outlook and glowing skin! These small collection features some of my my personal favourites to cleanse, nourish, and revitalise your skin—perfect for stepping into 2025 with confidence and care.

Often, I think simplest is best as I never have been a huge user of all kinds of lotions and potions... however in my 40's now, I am definitely seeing and feeling the benefits of using these few product whether it's rarely or often.

Creamy Oat Cleansing Balm
 - I use this every day

Gently melt away makeup, dirt, and impurities with this soothing balm. Enriched with the goodness of oats, it leaves your skin clean, soft, and nourished without feeling stripped.

Shea Butter - I use most days on my feet and legs, sometimes everywhere else.

Whipped Coconut and Shea Body Butter
Indulge your skin with the ultimate hydration boost. This lightweight, non-greasy body butter combines coconut and shea butter for intense moisturisation and a tropical scent that lingers.

Glow Serum - try to use every day.

I tend to find myself reaching for this more often when I've been outside a lot and my skin is looking a bit worse for wear, however I do try to use it every day.

Artisan Soaps - every day!

If you try nothing else, then do invest in a good bar of soap for your skin! I am a fan of my own soap bars and use them every day. I'm a sucker for the Spell Bound which is lavender and tea tree with detoxifying green clay - however I'm usually using whatever test soaps I'm experimenting with! (Read my blog piece about how different an artisan bar of soap is from a commercial 'soap' here.)

Sugar Plum Deodorant - use on office days.

I've been loving using the natural deodorants and tend to mix up what I'm using every day - so when I'm running simple errands or doing admin tasks, I'll go for a sensitive deodorant like the Sugar Plum or the Aloe and Cucumber. If I've got a more hectic schedule on, then I'll use an anti-persperant as well as the Wild Venus deodorant for the best coverage.

Wax Melt - every evening.

I've recently redecorated the bedroom (half way there) and gone for a very deep and opulent colour. To match this mood (was previously painted millenial grey by the previous owners), I've been melting She Totally Rocks which is a wonderful, sexy and soft scent based on the perfume Vanity Rocks. It has scent notes of bergamot, lotus, mandarin heart, jasmine, rose, patchouli, ambergris and sandalwood.

Otherwise some of my other faves to use in the evening include Forbidden, Sweet Pea, Lovely Lavender, Vanilla and Twilight.

Candle - in the office whilst working

Right now I'm enjoying a Pumpkin Latte soy wax candle which is cosy and warm without being overwhelming. Next on the shelf to burn is a test candle and that's a secret.

So there you have it - a few of my favourite things and how often I use them to keep my mind and body happy and healthy.

Happy New Year, love Naomi!
